We have concluded our nonfiction writing unit. We worked really hard putting our book together. We will celebrate our accomplishment by displaying our “All About” book on the bulletin board for all to see and learn about our animal. Math –
We will continue to work with numbers 11-20. We will use a place value chart to help us identify tens place and ones place. We will also use the word form of a number to determine which number is greater and which number is the least. Please review the word form for numbers 11-20. You may use the reference chart that was attached at the beginning of the unit to your child’s homework notebook as a guide. Students should be able to identify that 11 is eleven, 12 is twelve etc.
